Insure Your Agent

Inclusion criteria.

How a carrier or coverage product comes to be named in the coverage audit, the independence rules that govern it, and where a paid partner programme stands. Read it alongside the editorial standards.

1. What this site is

Insure Your Agent is a plain guide for companies running AI agents in production, or preparing to. Its readers are founders, operations directors, technology leads and risk managers at small and medium organisations who want to understand their exposure and how cover works. We are not a broker, a carrier or a financial adviser. We explain what cover exists, how to read it, and where the market is.

The coverage audit asks a structured set of questions and names the products most likely to be worth raising with a broker for that situation. We earn no commission from any carrier or broker we mention.

2. Editorial only, today

This site operates on an editorial basis. No carrier, broker, vendor or other third party pays for inclusion in the coverage audit, for placement in our articles, or for any other kind of editorial placement. This commitment is set out in full in the editorial standards.

3. How a product is named in the coverage audit

A product is named only when all of the following hold.

Its terms are published by the provider

What we say about a product is what its provider, or the carrier behind it, publishes on its own site: the product name, what it responds to, how it is distributed. Trade press summaries are not enough, and anything we cannot confirm at source is left out rather than estimated. The wider market is followed in the carrier comparison at agentinsured.eu.

It is relevant to the profile

The audit names a product only where the operator's size, region and type of deployment make it worth asking about. A programme open only to large companies is not put in front of a ten person firm.

It is current

Products that have been withdrawn, are in run off, or have been restructured without a published update are removed until their status can be confirmed.

4. A paid partner tier

We may introduce a paid partner tier for verified institutional participants in 2027. It has not launched, and its form has not been decided. If it does launch, every paid placement will be labelled as commercial, kept apart from editorial content, and given no influence over which products the coverage audit names, how they are described, or what our writing says about them. Joining would not guarantee a mention, and declining would not remove one.

5. What being named does and does not mean

A product named in the coverage audit meets the criteria above and may be relevant to an operator with the profile described. It is not an endorsement of the provider's financial strength, its claims record, or the suitability of any product for any particular operator. We are not an insurance intermediary. Review the full terms, including every exclusion, sub limit and condition, and speak to a qualified broker before relying on any summary we publish. The terms are the carrier's, not ours.

6. To be considered

If you represent a carrier, managing general agent or specialist broker with an AI agent liability product we have not covered, write to the editors with the product name and a link to the provider's own published description. We review it against the criteria above. Inclusion is editorial and free of charge, and a submission does not guarantee it. The same route registers interest in any future partner programme.

7. Conflicts of interest

Future Proof Intelligence publishes this site, and also publishes the Agent Certified methodology at agentcertified.eu. It has a commercial interest in the development of the AI agent insurance and certification market. That interest is disclosed here and in section 5 of the editorial standards, and it does not decide which products the coverage audit names or how they are described.
